| This huge entertainments centre, once home for a national newspaper printing centre, hosts some
of the most exciting restaurants, bars, leisure facilities and retailers in the world. Featuring an enormous
video screen on it's ceiling, said to be the first of it's kind in Europe, the 28m by 15m 'Living Ceiling' will
project images of summer skies and fireworks across the complex. Complemented by two huge video screens, it will also
be capable of displaying live transmissions.
The centre boasts over 36 bars and 14 restaurants, including , Hard Rock Café, Tiger Tiger, Wagamama, Holmes Place and many more. There is UCI's new cinema thefilmworks, which contains 20 wall to wall screens including a state of the art IMAX screen which will show 2D and 3D films on an 8 storey high by 85ft screen, literally drawing the audience into the film and giving them a whole new cinematic experience. There is also a shoping area, where visitors to the complex will be treated to sounds of dogs barking, subway trains and steam blowing from grilles in the floor with New York style street themes and newspaper building facades adorning the walls.
