Gardens
At Churchtown there is a boating lake here and crazy golf. There
is also a museum displaying the history of Southport
and Churchtown, a gallery of Victoriana and a display of children's
dolls.

Pleasureland
The amusement park on the sands. Over 100 rides and attractions
to suit smaller children as well as white knuckle rides for those
with a strong grip.

Southport
Belle
A paddle steamer built in traditional Mississippi style, with
two decks and a luxurious saloon bar running on the Marine Lake.
Southport Pier
A popular tourist attraction, the pier has been fully restored
and is a historic landmark within the resort. Built in 1860 one of
the longest piers in the country, stretching from the promenade the
pier spans out over the seafront and out to sea. A several million
pound restoration of the pier is currently underway and the
attraction will be free to visitors. Visitors are welcome to walk or
ride the tram to the seaward end of the Pier where the Pier Pavilion
has a refreshment facility, toilets, a display illustrating the
history of the Pier and also the local natural environment.
The pier has two access points on the Promenade and Marine Drive. At
the seaward end of the pier is a visitor centre and observation
platform.

The
New Model Railway Village
This is in Kings Gardens by the Marine Lake. Life and landscape
to a scale of 1:18, and it includes an extensive garden gauge
railway.
