Situated in the heart of Stockport Town Centre - a town renowned for its hatting industry, Hat Works will offer visitors a range of experiences from a noisy yet exciting encounter of fully restored working machinery and fascinating displays of historical and contemporary hats. Enjoy a stunning display of hats through the centuries - Explore the journey of feltmaking from central Asia to Stockport's hatting industry - Dress up as a hatter's apprentice or try your hand at feltmaking as part of a pre-booked session.
